  Took my nephew in Oct 2016 for severe pain and inflammation of the joints in his left leg. He was "examined" for about 5 minutes and we were told he needs to go to physical therapy. The practinoner couldn't be bothered to look for the cause of the discomfort. We took him to a specialist and found the cause. Fast forward to present. Made an appointment for him to get mandatory school vaccines. The office calls us the day before his appointment and says their policy is to only give vaccines with a well check. They could have told us that when we made the appointment. When we confronted them on the fact that state law trumps their policy they decided that perhaps they could waive that requirement and give him his mandatory vaccine. Let's not even discuss their upgrade of computer systems that deleted all the info on their patients and they needed us to fill out the same info we had filled out before. We will be taking him elsewhere for medical care from now on.
